Her 24-plus years of diverse experience ranges from the deployment of advanced systems to support blood banking in the early 1980's, a time of great challenge driven by AIDS, to the consolidation of five companies culminating in a sale to a top tier Private Equity Group. She has led global IT teams to deliver millions in savings, and others to drive revenues through innovative technology architectures.

Prior to launching ParsonsPoint, Missy was the CIO of Affinion Group, a $1.4 billion global leader in affinity marketing services, where she oversaw application development and consolidated data center operations of four technology hubs supporting multiple business locations worldwide. Prior, she was SVP and CIO of Cendant Incentives, a leading provider of technology and services that perform loyalty account management and points accounting; here she led the transformation of the loyalty product line to a market dominator, through compelling on-line and interactive architecture. Before joining Cendant Incentives, Ms. jaroneski was a recognized management consultant supporting numerous government agencies, insurance companies, healthcare organizations and manifacutrers. She was principal author of several studies commissioned by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ms. Jaroneski was the head of technology for a regional blood bank system, and chief architect for a multi-million dollar project to design a state of the art blood bank manufacturing system. She is a noted expert on Service Oriented Architecture and enterprise architecture, with expertise in healthcare, marketing, insurance, manufacturing, financial services, and call center. John Fottrell has led IT organizations and handled transitions and transformations from the early planning stages through completion. Before joining ParsonsPoint, he served as CIO of AMF Bowling worldwide, where John successfully led a post bankruptcy consolidation and transaction, all while driving key initiatives for the retail and manufacturing operations across 28 countries. John has extensive experience in implementation of mid and upper tier ERP solutions including Lawson, Navision, Oracle and SAP. As a senior IT management consultant to multiple Fortune 500 clients, working throughout North America and abroad, John has led major projects resulting from globalization, acquisition, consolidation, and bankruptcy reorganization. Larry Slater, Principal Advisor

Larry Slater’s 30 year career has focused on the effective and efficient deployment and utilization of technology. He has significant experience in all facets of Information Technology -- strategic planning, vendor management, project management, process improvement, organizational design, application development, packaged software implementation, infrastructure architecture and deployment, and data center operations. He started his career leading teams in the development and delivery of custom hardware and software solutions for small to mid-size businesses, including Risdon Maufacturing, American Institute for Foreign Study, and Perrier/Great Waters of France. He has 20+ years of IT leadership experience with Pantasote, Tetley, Earthgro, and Cendant Membership Services/Trilegiant. At Tetley, he was responsible for the development of the IT organization, technology planning, and full technology transformation. At Cendant Membership Services, Larry transformed an underperforming technology group into a customer-focused, process driven, metrics based organization that provided fee-based managed services for external divisions while reducing the annual run rate by $11MM or 34%. He was also extensively involved in transitional activities related to the creation of NetMarket Group, Inc. and Trilegiant. As a senior technology consultant, Mr. Slater provided interim executive management for a leading travel and hospitality company managing data center operations, outsource management, project management, information protection, and infrastructure and network services.
